The Flub of Windows 8

As some of you might have heard, Windows 8 is the newest OS development from Microsoft. This sounds like a great new system to finally compete against Apple's Mac and iOS, right? Wrong. Windows 8 failed to launch with the success it had hoped for.

Windows 8 fails to include a start button on the desktop, making users revert to the home tiles screen and search through the many apps to find what they are looking for. Windows 8 needs much more than a cosmetic makeover, sources say. The new design of tiles of apps as a home screen, while sounding new and exciting, is actually a bit of a hassle. While it is fun to constantly rearrange the tiles, this is about as fun as Windows 8 gets.

Despite these and many more setbacks, Windows 8 thrives in its new use of connecting all your social networking sites together in one app. By connecting your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other sites, you gain access to all new notifications in one place.

One might think this is a threat to your security.
It is.
But at least you don't have to open several different apps at once, right?

More from me next time. Expect Windows 8 to be slain even further.
